Possibly the best way to encourage employers to lose
thier shyness in hiring reservists would be to offer a
tax incentive to employers for each employee in the
reserves. Example WCB-Since the employer has to pay
for coverage, which is mandatory, each employee who is
in the reserves would cost less to cover. You could
use any of the deductions, but the concept is the same.
