I think that your answer about transgressors hits the nail right on the head. In the case of our �Private� he/she has indicated an awareness of the situation (but wasn�t particularly pleased with the method I used to bring it to his/her attention).

As for answering the question about bending the rules, this is where all leaders really earn their pay. In my opinion it is their decision to make, but they must be ready to accept the consequences of their decisions.

I appreciate your point of view and thank you for the opportunity to analyze this issue in some detail.
